Dr. Oetker Gelierfix 3:1 is suitable for making jams and marmalades. It can be used with different types of sugar including refined (white) sugar, brown sugar, cane sugar, fructose and even liquid sweetener. It does not contain palm oil. The pack includes 12 self-adhesive labels.
Usage tip:
Only 350 g sugar for 1500 g fruit.
