The hearty Styrian Vulkanlandbraune (whether as a snack or a full meal) reflects the character of the Styrian volcanic land. Within it is as fiery as hot lava, spice-refined and with an intense smokey flavour. The outer structure is very dark like volcanic rock.

Preparation:

Boil the Styrian Vulkanlandbraune in the water for approx. 20 minutes.
Prepare with mustard, horseradish and farmer's bread. The Styrian Vulkanlandbraune is a culinary highlight at lunch as a main course or as a filling snack!
