Description
Corn sugar is a particularly tasty alternative to conventional sugar. This FRUNIX product is also free from fructose and gluten and can be substituted 1:1 for regular sugar in most household uses. The addition of stevia extract gives the corn sugar a comparable sweetness.
Tips :
- Since this corn sugar is very finely ground, it generates dust easily. Care is therefore recommended while using - best handled with a spoon.
- The recommended baking temperature for biscuits or cakes is a maximum of 160 °C. Extend the baking time if necessary.
- Foods glazed with Icing made with this corn sugar should not be refrigerated because the moisture will make the icing sticky.
