Description
The Classics vinegars Fermented from single variety wines, Styrian apples or pears Gölles vinegars are matured for at least three years in oak barrels. Indispensable for fine dining in classic style.
Apple cider vinegar is obtained from the Styrian cider apples Maschansker, Bohnapfel, Ilzer Weinler, Rose Apples or Crabapples. After several years of barrel aging, the mixture achieves a delicate and harmonious flavor with a fruity acidity. Serve pure or diluted as animating agent in the morning. Combine with Styrian pumpkin seed oil for salad marinades.

Pilzgröstl with pumpkin seed oil
Fry mushrooms with spring onions, add plenty of parsley and season to taste with apple cider vinegar. Next sprinkle with pumpkin seed oil and serve lukewarm
