Description
The creative vinegars Fully matured and freshly harvested fruit are collected from the best orchards and freshly, carefully pressed. The juice is carefully fermented and matured offering a full fruity and powerful taste with a delicate acidity.
Made from the juice of freshly picked Austrian apricots, this vinegar adds something special to seafood or dishes with a Far Eastern character. Especially good to combination with curry, cardamom or ginger.

Ricotta with Apricots
Serve ricotta on top of apricot halves on a bed of arugula salad, then spritz on apricot vinegar.
