Description
Kotányi recommends mixing the aromatic-spicy mix for grill marinade with 12 tablespoons of oil, turning food into it and allowing it to soak in for 20 minutes. This is the whole trick for a kick when grilling.
Use: Delicious with veal, beef, pork, lamb and poultry.
