Note: The contents of the pack are intended for two to three servings. To make a fragrant stir-fried dish of zucchini with chicken you will need 300 g chicken breast, 100 g ricotta cheese, 270 g fresh cherry tomatoes, 1 zucchini (courgette) and 2 spring onions in addition to the spice mix.
