Description
Create the traditional Austrian Punschkrapferl or punch cakes with this high-quality punch glaze by Manner. The fine pink colour and wonderful sweet aroma add an elegant finishing touch to your creations. It is also easy to use and dries quickly.
How to use: Place the container including the lid in a warm water bath for about 5 minutes. The water temperature should be around 40°C and make sure that it does not boil. Alternatively, you can heat it without the lid at 600W in the microwave for 25 - 30 seconds. Stir quickly to mix well. The glaze dries quickly. One container is enough for a cake with a diameter of 22 cm.
