The infusion of this single-variety tea has mildly sweet notes and a delicate fragrance that is very appealing. Whole leaves and flower umbels are used to ensure that the tea develops a fuller aroma.

The manufacturer recommends 1-2 teaspoons per cup for preparation. Pour boiling water over it, cover and let stand for at least 8 to 10 minutes. Suitable for a second infusion.
