My Herbs Nasturtium Blossom Salt

The nasturtium blossoms in this flavoured alpine salt guarantee intense aromas with a sharpness resembling mustard and with fine honey notes. The flowers taste milder and sweeter than the leaves. They also lend this salt a beautiful orange-yellow colour. The sweet honey scent is particularly pronounced - a feature of high-quality nasturtiums!

Note: The aromas are fully retained in cold dishes. It is suitable for use while cooking as well, although some of the intensity is lost when heated.
