Obsthof Neumeister matures their apple cider vinegar in barrels for at least 3 years before it is bottled. This results in a mild and balanced taste with tangy, fruity notes. It is the perfect ingredient in a Styrian scarlet runner bean salad along with aromatic pumpkin seed oil. It can also be consumed as a refreshing drink every morning either pure or mixed with water.
