Description
A versatile organic fruit vinegar with the distinctive aroma of blackberries: Organic blackberries are fermented on the mash thereby preserving the sweet and sour taste as well as the gorgeous dark colour of the fresh berries. The vinegar is then allowed to mature for 2 years which mellows the acidity which recedes into the background. This allows the intense natural aromas to develop harmoniously.
The manufacturer recommends using this vinegar for salad dressings, to season game dishes and red cabbage. It can also be used to add a delicious tanginess to vegetables such as carrots and beetroots.
