Description
A delightfully sweet and spicy fruit vinegar made from organic Williams pears! The pears are fermented on the mash which clarifies the vinegar and gives it a delicate colour. The vinegar is aged for at least 2 years. The mild acidity and fine aromas go particularly well with fresh summer salads. It can also be added to meat and sauces for a delicious flavour.
This gourmet vinegar is a refined product by Obsthof Neumeister made with organic ingredients according to carefully formulated recipes.
