The Isabella grape, a distinctive fruit grown in Styria, gives this red wine vinegar an intense taste thanks to its rich tannin content. It is aged in oak barrels for 5 years which mellows the acidity but intensifies and balances the aromas. Ideal for salad dressings or sauces to go with fish or poultry.
This exquisite product by Obsthof Neumeister is made with organic, vine-ripened Isabella grapes.
