Description

The South American native lemon verbena has fragrant essential oil that comes from its leaves, giving the tea a refreshing taste. A balancing effect is also attributed to the leaves.

Preparation: For a wholesome tea, take 1 teaspoon of herb and scalded this amount with 1/4 liter of boiling water. Cover and steep 3 to 5 minutes.
