The organic Base Tea by Bergkräuter is a perfect blend of leaves and flowers. The tea includes lemon verbena, elderflower, nettle, chamomile and yarrow.
Preparation: Pour 250 ml boiling water over 1 teaspoon Base Tea and let it steep for 3 - 5 minutes.
