Description

Originally from Southern Europe, today Thyme is cultivated in large parts of southern and central Europe as well as in the Balkans and the Caucasus region.

Thyme is very spicy and has a slightly smoky flavour. It is compatible with most Mediterranean dishes and is highly recommended with tomatoes, eggplant and potatoes. It also adds a wonderful flavour to meat and wild game dishes.
