Nutmeg comes from the Banda Islands and the northern Moluccas, today they mainly cultivated in tropical Asia, Africa and South America. In addition, the nutmeg is the symbol and main export product of Grenada. Nutmeg harmonizes best in potato dishes, soups, stews, meatballs, meat dishes and pastries. In medicine they say that nutmeg has digestive properties.
