The Goldmarke pasta products by Recheis feature egg pasta classics made in Austria that are the crowning glory in every recipe. It is made with the finest durum wheat semolina, Austrian eggs, and innovative production methods, resulting in pasta that remains firm to the bite even after cooking. Thanks to its compact, twisted spiral shape, this pasta goes perfectly with all sauces, stews and ragouts. They have a hearty and aromatic taste.
Preparation: Cook the pasta in plenty of boiling, salted water for 11 minutes for an "al dente" texture. The manufacturer recommends 1 litre of water for 100 grams of pasta. The high-quality eggs used in the past ensure a delicious texture is retained after cooking.
Note: The packaging is guaranteed BPA-free. Production is carbon-neutral. Non-GMO.
