Description
The three-piece Riess steamer makes gentle cooking simple, whether preparing vegetables, dumplings, fish or meat.
The steaming insert allows hot steam to circulate evenly around the ingredients, helping them stay tender, aromatic and full of flavour. As the food is cooked without sitting directly in water, valuable vitamins and nutrients are better preserved, while less fat, salt and seasoning are needed.
A versatile addition to the kitchen, the steamer can also be used to defrost frozen food gently, reheat leftovers or sterilise dummies and jars. Its square shape and handle-free design make it easy to store, even where space is limited. The robust enamel base is heat-resistant up to 450 °C, while the glass lid keeps the cooking process clearly visible.
