With valuable herbal ingredients like:
- Mountain pine, spruce, pine & stone pine
Application:
- Add a few drops to a fragrance lamp or a diffuser.
- Add 3-5 drops to a jug of water for creating a sauna infusion.
- As part of aromatherapy, mix the fragrance blend with almond or jojoba oil (50:50) and apply to the chest to aid the respiratory system.
