The "Zuckerhut" (German for sugarloaf) is a popular, proven and well-known variety of chicory salad with slim, long heads. It can be consumed raw as a salad or steamed and cooked as a side dish.
- Contents are sufficient for approx. 350 plants
- Up to 2 months storage possible (keep cool & dry)

- Botanical name: Cichorium intybus var. foliosum
Note:
It is best to plant the Zuckerhut chicory salad after heavy consumers of soil nutrients such as broccoli or cauliflower. Cultivation of these after lettuce is not advisable. Observe a cultivation cycle of 4 years.
