Growing instructions for growing sprouts:

• Rinse the seeds in a sieve under running water and distribute them in a shallow bowl. Rinse the seeds twice a day with fresh, not too cold tap water. Place the bowl in a light - but not sunny - place and let the seeds germinate.

Instructions for growing microgreens:
