Description
German packaging: BIO Weißkraut, Spitz-, Filderkraut
This late variety of cabbage is ideal for making sauerkraut, cabbage rolls, lettuce and vegetable dishes and is easy to store. It prefers normal, calcareous soils and should be fertilised regularly. It should be watered abundantly while the cabbage heads are growing. If the leaves are coved with foil, the harvest can take place one to two weeks earlier.

- Sow thinly and plant the plants deep down to the cotyledons.
