Description
The Styrian Rice Flour has a distinctive taste and can be used for all shortcrust pastries, cakes and batters. Since rice does not contain gluten, the rice flour must be mixed with other flours to develop gluten. It is also ideal for waffles and pancakes and can be added to sauces to thicken them.
