Description

Hot peppers are excellent carriers of aroma, even mild ones. The peppers in the "Milde Burgenländerinnen" jar are of the Viennese Calvill variety and are preserved in spirit vinegar. The peppers are allowed to ripen fully in the Burgenland sun to develop their wonderful fruity flavours. Carefully selected peppers are processed right after the harvest.

These peppers go well in sauces and side dishes.
