Description
The Cubeb Pepper by Stay Spiced! is ideal for meat, game and vegetable dishes and can also be cooked well in stews. The mild, slightly tingling heat and the fine aroma of citrus and eucalyptus/menthol also harmonise with vegetables and - for those who like to experiment - with desserts, fruits and desserts, especially those with a chocolate component.
Cooking tip: The aroma develops best when you lightly pound the peppercorns with a mortar and pestle before cooking. In stews in which the pepper simmer for a long time, you can also add the whole peppercorns.
