Anyone who casts their line in fresh water will love this elegant, harmonious blend. The blend has a fine note of beech smoke. Carefully selected spices harmonise perfectly with freshwater fish like char, trout or pikeperch. The fish can be seasoned both from the outside and the inside.
The fish becomes particularly tender if you wrap it in aluminum foil and fold it over twice on the sides. The resulting "packet" can then be prepared on the grill, in the pan or in the oven and promises a tasty meal.
