This seasoning salt adds the perfect finishing touch to dishes with fresh and tangy notes of lemon. Non-iodised sea salt and finely ground lemon zest complemented with a touch of ginger and turmeric lend a well-rounded final flourish to poultry, fish and veal.
Tip:
For an eye-catching shot of tequila, dunk the glass rim in water and then in the lemon salt. The perfect base for a white tequila.
