The real - i.e. not artificially coloured - red Kampot pepper from Cambodia is considered to be one of the best and one of the rarest types of pepper in the world. The peppercorns for the red Kampot pepper by Stay Spiced! are individually picked by hand, dried in the sun and then carefully sorted. Only the very best quality makes its way into these jars which are sealed to retain the intense aromas.
The peppercorns, which are slightly brown after drying, have a wonderfully fruity-spicy aroma with a sweet aftertaste. An exclusive spice to refine your dishes.
