- Use as a rub, as a base for marinades or for seasoning at the table.
Our tips:
- Always remove the silver skin from the spare ribs first, then apply the rub to let the flavours develop to their best advantage
- Always marinate the ribs dry if you're smoking them, since oil is a barrier to smoke.
