Description
Add a delicious and mild flavour to all poultry dishes with the Turkey Seasoning Salt by Stay Spiced! Orange and lemon peels provide fruity notes. Sage, oregano, rosemary and just a pinch of pepper round out the flavours. This spice can also be used to add a special touch to exotic varieties of bread such as naan.
Tip: Season your poultry dishes in advance and cook slowly at a low temperature. The sugar in the spice mix caramelises and results in a crispy crust.
