Description
Pancetta is originally an Italian speciality and is highly appreciated for its exquisite flavour.
Rolled-up pork belly bacon is air-dried and flavoured with selected spices.
It is particularly delicious thanks to its tender texture that literally melts in the mouth. Perfect as part of an appetiser platter or as a snack.
