Weingut Krispel Eruptions Brut Große Reserve 2018, 0,75 L

The 6 Eruption winemakers from the Styrian volcanic region have dedicated themselves to making a tingling high-quality sparkling wine, which is allowed to carry a protected designation of origin.

This reserve is made from the 2018 vintage according to the traditional method. Chardonnay and Pinot Blanc are perfectly combined. It then had 30 months of yeast storage in the bottle, before being disgorged in April 2021. With no added dosage, this is a so-called Brut Natur with only 1g of residual sugar.
Very fine, almost creamy pearls. Pear fruit, ripe yellow apples and nuts on the palate. Substantial, complex, vibrant structure and very long-lasting.

An incredibly elegant wine for special moments. It pairs well with many dishes, including risotto, white meat in creamy sauces and many starters.
