Aceto Balsamico di Modena PGI by WIBERG is a balanced balsamic vinegar made from grape must, vinegar aged for 10 years and pure wine vinegar. Its thick consistency with a characteristic sweet, bitter note goes well with basil oil, olive oil and grape seed oil.
Culinary use:
- For classic salad dressings
- For seasoning meat dishes such as sauerbraten and offal
