Description
The mildly fruity Barrique Apple Balsamic Vinegar by WIBERG has a balanced acid to sugar ratio which brings out its flavour particularly well. It is made from cooked and reduced fruit juice from the best apples which is fermented into vinegar and then aged in oak barrels for several years. This gives the vinegar its characteristic colour and intense aroma with a full sweet taste derived purely from the naturally occurring sugar in the fruit. Ideal for pairing with chilli oil, thistle oil, sesame oil and walnut oil.
