Description
Vanilla, sometimes called the queen of spices, is one of the most expensive in the world. Popular and widely used in desserts, it is also a favourite among chefs who like to experiment. For example, it is also used in combination with chillies, cardamom, cloves or pepper to season meat and fish.
Vanilla Mix by WIBERG is made up of finely ground vanilla pods and seeds. The dark powder is easy to measure and ready to use. When added to vanilla-flavoured sauces, creams, ice cream or desserts it not only adds a fine vanilla aroma but also the characteristic, individually visible "vanilla dots". One jar is equivalent to 22 to 25 pods.
