A chocolate Christmas tree made from milk chocolate with 40% cocoa, decorated with passion fruit chocolate pieces and crunchy cocoa nibs. A coating of red raspberry couverture adds fruity flavour and a splash of colour, while three decorative chocolate leaves in white chocolate, apricot couverture and currant couverture provide the finishing touch.
