Description
This chocolate is not for the faint of heart. The Indian Pale Ale Nicobar IPA, brewed by the Salzburg organic micro brewery Gusswerk, is embedded in a caramel topping, dark chocolate with a cocoa content of 70 percent and some hazelnut nougat. The cover consists of a layer of mountain milk chocolate with 50 percent cocoa content. This creates a special treat with extraordinary flavours.
