Zotter Schokoladen Goji Berries in Sesame Nougat Chocolate

About the chocolate:

• A layer of homemade nougat and brittle is followed by a green tea ganache made from soy couverture and soy milk finely accentuated with touches of coriander and a fruity shower of goji berries. Goji berries contain plenty of vitamins, nutrients and invigorating characteristics.
