Vegan and French-inspired, this Zotter creation pays tribute to the classic dark praline tradition.

At its centre is a deeply roasted almond praline, delivering an incredibly intense almond flavour. To add a further depth of flavour, it is blended with a touch of exquisite 80% cocoa fine dark chocolate and finished with a pinch of salt. The result is a filling that is intensely flavourful, beautifully smooth, and never overly sweet. The true sophistication lies in the double-layer coating: first, a whisper-thin layer of 80% cocoa dark chocolate, and finally, a rich 70% dark chocolate shell. Pure, elegant chocolate indulgence.
