Description

Enjoy this very tasty caramel treat by Zotter! To make the caramel chocolate, the sugar in the milk is pre-caramelised and is flavoured with fine muscovado sugar (which naturally has a caramel flavour). Real cocoa butter and lots of milk from organic farmers in Tyrol are used in this recipe. Easily whip up a very tasty caramel flavoured drink!

How to prepare the drink:

  • Mixed:
  • Mix a chocolate bar with 0.2 or 0.3 liters of hot milk in a mixer or mix with an immersion blender.
  • For a creamy mix:
  • Add 200 ml of milk to a small pot, boil the milk and then mix in the chocolate with a mixer. Cook for a short time and then you're ready!
  • Stirred:
  • Depending on your taste, heat 0.2 or 0.3 liters of milk and create a foam. Then bathe the chocolate bar in the milk for 1-2 minutes. Stir. Allow the drink to rest for 1-2 minutes to let the flavours to unfold. Stir again and enjoy!
  • Cool - or on ice:
  • Follow the instructions for creating the stirred drink, then cool in the refrigerator and serve with ice cubes or crushed ice.
