Description

This delicious drinking chocolate has a high coffee content made from fair trade organic coffee beans that have been roasted and ground in Zotter's own coffee roastery. The coffee content is roughly equivalent to a double espresso.
Pure cocoa butter and cane sugar round out the delicious flavours. The vegan and gluten-free drinking chocolate delights the palate with a strong coffee taste regardless of whether it its prepared with dairy milk or a vegan milk alternative.

Preparation:

Mixed:
Add one bar of drinking chocolate to 200-300 ml of hot milk or a vegan drink. Mix with an immersion blender or hand-held blender and enjoy!

Stirred:
Heat 200-300 ml of milk or a vegan drink and froth it. Let the drinking chocolate bar soak in it for 1-2 minutes. Whisk the drink and let it rest for 1-2 minutes for the flavours to develop fully. Stir it again and enjoy!

Tip:
You can also refrigerate the prepared drinking chocolate and serve it chilled with ice cubes.
