The cocoa for this chocolate comes directly from Guatemala and has a high Criollo content. The indigenous cocoa farmers of the FEDECOVERA group have founded a community to protect their valuable Maya heritage and to cultivate their extraordinarily fine cocoa beans. The elegant cocoa is gently roasted to make this delicious chocolate.
