The filling in this bar is a layer of dark chocolate ganache with brown rum on a layer of almond nougat with coconut couverture, coconut milk, pineapple juice and crunchy coconut flakes - a vegan delicacy with exotic flavours that will transport your senses to the warm tropics.
A layer of fine dark chocolate (70% cocoa) encases the filling and adds the perfect finishing touch.
