Description
Make light and fluffy potato dumplings quickly and easily with this mix. It contains real potatoes and wheat semolina - free from anti-caking agents and other additives. Simply mix with cold water, shape into dumplings and cook!
Preparation:
- Mix with a little cold water until you get a pliable dough.
- Shape dumplings with wet hands.
- Bring plenty of salted water to the boil in a large pot.
- Reduce heat to medium and cook dumplings for 15 - 20 minutes.
- Lift out of the water one by one, drain and serve.
Serving tip: Sautee the dumplings (whole or sliced) in clarified butter until golden brown on all sides before serving.
An ideal side dish with roasts, smoked meat, sauerkraut and other savoury dishes.
Tip: You can also fill the potato dumplings with fillings such as bacon bits.
