Description
Bake Affair's winter brownies with cinnamon are the perfect treat when it's cold! The baking mix combines the classic chocolatey taste of brownies with a subtle hint of cinnamon to make a festive treat. The dough is easy to prepare and guarantees moist brownies with a melt-in-the-mouth texture with every bite.
Ideal for cosy afternoons or as a sweet treat for Christmas parties, these brownies are the perfect way to enjoy a well-deserved break. Whether on their own, with a scoop of ice cream or dusted with powdered sugar, these winter brownies are a delicious treat for young and old alike.
Baking instructions:
- Preheat oven to 180 °C (top/bottom heat).
- Take the baking mix in a bowl and add 60 g melted butter and 100 ml water.
- Mix for about 1 minute until it forms a smooth dough.
- Transfer the dough to a baking pan measuring approximately 18 x 18 cm and spread it evenly.
- Bake for about 25 minutes.
