This white bread mix is certified organic. Berghofer Mühle mixes are all free of all preservatives and artificial flavourings. Easily whip up a tasty ciabatta at home!
- Pour the bread mix into a mixing bowl and knead 15g of dry yeast or 1 cube of fresh yeast (42g) and approx. 450 - 500ml lukewarm water together. Let the dough rest at room temperature for 1/2 hour. Then briefly knead the dough again. Add the dough to a bread pan and cover for 30 minutes and let stand. Then score and bake!
- For traditional ovens, bake at 220°C, convection ovens bake at 200°C (preheat)
- Bake on the middle rack for 45-50 minutes
- After 20 minutes, reduce the temperature by 20°
