No lemons grow in Burgenland, Austria, but lemon drop chillies do! They smell exotic, taste like citrus fruits, but actually look very much like classic chilli peppers - only they're yellow. With a little added salt, these lemon drop chillies are made into a paste that goes particularly well with Asian dishes. Their fruity notes and sunny yellow colour are also a great addition to a cheese platter and add a splash of colour to a dish of vegetable crudités.
