Recommended use:
Adults: Take 2 capsules twice a day in the morning and in the evening with sufficient liquid.
Children from 3 years to 6 years of age: take 1 capsule daily with sufficient liquid
Children from 6 years to 12 years of age: take 2 capsules daily with sufficient liquid
Suitable for those who are pregnant or nursing, children ages 3 years & up, and diabetics.
